Adam Speas

As the third child of a single working mom, it was truly the warm comforting glow of television that raised me. Whether it was Wings, Golden Girls, or the entire lineup on Nickelodeon, nothing brought more joy than seeing my weekly (and only) friends.

Though I was a little young to understand the glory of Seinfeld as a kid, in college the syndicated series got me hooked. Since then, it has become a mainstay in my sitcom rotation, fully watching every episode multiple upon multiple times.

I'm incredibly excited to be talking about this show with my great friend Corey, and I hope that through this podcast you will all find me sponge-worthy.

Yo-yo Ma! As a latchkey kid growing up in the 80’s, I got to experience some truly amazing (and destined to be classic) sitcoms in their prime. From Night Court to Cheers and everything in between, I watched it all!

When Seinfeld came out I was the right age for it to make the maximum impact on me. Needless to say, I was hooked from the very beginning! And, as you can tell from the podcast, my love for the “show about nothing” has only grown in years!

I love talking to Adam every week about Seinfeld! Not only does it give me an excuse to relive my favorite sitcom, but I have fun breaking down and analyzing the themes and jokes too!
